Shipping rates are based on USPS rates. All packages will be sent out from the US.
US Packages will be registered with tracking enabled.
INTL buyers will hav ethe option to purchase tracking.
ETA depends on USPS. The seller is not responsible for delays in delivery after the product has been shipped out and a tracking number has been sent to the buyer.
Keep in mind these are PREORDERs. Meaning to order (something) in advance : to request to purchase (something) before it is available for sale preorder an upcoming new release.
